Ship To Ship is the process of transferring cargo from one ship to another ship that is anchored side by side or even while both are moving. This method is often used to move cargo when direct access to a land terminal is not possible or practical.\n

The Riau Islands are the leading area in serving STS activities because of their location as the outermost island, very strategic, which allows ships from other countries to stop by.<\/p>\n

This STS activity is one of the port activities, namely the Provision of Port Services at the Ship to Ship Transfer Terminal, which has been regulated in the Minister of Transportation Regulation Number PM 15 of 2015 concerning Concessions and Other Forms of Cooperation Between the Government and BUP in the Field Port.

\nWith legal certainty regarding the granting of port business permits, business actors\/entities can certainly improve the quality of services, especially to service users.<\/p>\n <\/div>\n <\/div> \n <\/div>\n <\/div> \n<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t
